visitation 4 : mysticism
What's all the fuss?
Immediate
consciousness,
transcendent,
ultimate
reality or God.
Communion
and
Belief.
Not so rare, really.
Not such a big deal.
Not worthy of suppression
or religious rage
and a ready panacea
to so many of our ills.
I stepped in
I discovered
I don't need to be
afraid :
it's just
the existence of realities
beyond my perception
or thought.
It's just central
to being,
directly accessible
to my
subjective existence.
The talking head nods, and nods
as if held there
on the end of a spring...
coiled...
Then again
I suppose it could
all be vague,
groundless speculation.
